Of course my youngest did not seem to like them much this year. He was climbing me like a cat as they were booming over our heads. I had noise cancellation head phones and that helped him a little but he was still really tense the entire time. Fireworks...weeds...fire...Plus I live with a firefighter. <br /><br />I understand the fear of balloons as I have a fear of flowers. <br /><br />Going to the fair? Try it once, if it&#39;s a big issue for you, don&#39;t go again. Hauling our chairs and blankets. *sigh*<br /><br />this year they were canceled due to the economy. I was relieved. lol.<br /><br />So we sat in our front yard and had a great seat for another neighboring communities show! It was awesome. Were we seperated at birth. When I was little I would get taken to the Rose Bowl for the fireworks and I hated it. I would cover my ears and roll into a little ball and just pray for it all to end.
