This week, I have chosen the following prompt:
This week, I have chosen the following prompt:
2.) Do you want a baby?
First of all, I have to ask, "A baby what?"
Did she mean a baby human? Or maybe a baby chimpanzee??
My answer to "Do you want a baby chimpanzee?' is NO! Although they are super cute and smart, and it would probably be really fun to have one for awhile...
The problem is that eventually grow up into adult chimps, and one day you could just be minding your own business and it could tear off your face.
And since I like my face attached, I am going to have to say that I do not want a baby chimpanzee.
(Although, I could probably talk my husband into a baby chimp, before I could talk him into a baby human...)
Please Visit Mama's Losin' It to check out more prompt-y fun!

lol too cute Im gonna have to run over and see what thats all about thanks
At least you could return the chimpanzee if things don't work out.
I'm going over to visit and find out about this prompt-y fun!
This post reminds me of a bad, made-for-tv Drake and Josh Christmas movie. They give some guy who never felt the love a monkey. It's hilarious. And lame.
On another monkey-related side note, my Mom had a pet monkey growing up. For reals.
I'd take a baby human if I didn't have to be pregnant with it, deliver it, nurse it, change it's diapers, child rear it, get it through the teen years, you know, all that stuff. Guess I know my answer.
I'm at the point in life where I prefer OTHER people to make babies FOR me. Got one yesterday and another one arrives in September. That's the way to go.
Babies scare me.
LOL! So true.
LMAO@ I like my face attached! Your not right, I swear.
Great post!
I want a baby cat! :)
Haha, I agree about the baby chimp thing. No thanks.
At this point I don't want a baby anything.
but they are so cute and cuddly!
I want a baby! I want a baby! But maybe I'm saying that cause I know it really can't happen anymore. After the big "V", ya know.
I think I already had baby chimps! One was a climber & the other loved to swing on things. lol
Ouch....that face getting ripped off possibility is a deal-breaker for me too. So no baby chimp here.
Speaking of faces, did you see that face transplant woman? Wow. Incredible.
You got me all thinking about faces now.
my gay uncle had a baby chimp...super weird. it wore a diaper and he dressed it. eww.
I'll pass on the baby chimps and for that matter I think I will also pass on anymore human babies too!
heh heh
I love your take on that!
I'm 99% sure I don't want another baby and 99% sure that I do. I'm 100% sure I need help with math too!
yikes, I don't even want to read that question OUT LOUD
I don't want a chimp or baby, thank you. I'd like to find you a $4.99 step!
Which makes me think of...did you see that lady that had the face transplant? They just revealed her "new" face yesterday. Wild.
That is great. I am with you I don't want a baby chimp. I'm expecting number four and I hope it is not a chimp!
FINE! Well, I'll just take it back then. See if I ever buy you a chimp again.
'Swinging' in from Mama Kat's! Love the post and thanks for thinking the baby chimp thing through so carefully...I'm sure he'll appreciate being in another home that doesn't share your fear of losing your face!
Ha.. this was a new twist! Didn't see that one coming!
Love it! I think I'd have to pass on a baby chimpanzee, too... ;)
You are 110% more funny than 90% of 50% of the bloggers out there!
No on the chimp. Yes on the Baby Bumblebee. Won't my Mommy be so proud of me? (Especially when I don't squash it..)
Sure hope you know that song, or I'll read psycho... ;)
always funny Jenni, I just got a shirt for Will that says "I am a crack up" maybe they have it in your size, u are always funny.
chimps have fleas - but I think you can train them to use the potty!
You are hilarious! What a great take on that writer's prompt!
So what's your high score on Bejeweled? ;)
So funny.
LOL I think my Hubby would prefer a chimp baby over human too LOL
That made me laugh!
Hope you have a great mothers day!
