Vloggity Vlogg - Victoria's Secret

Pictured Below:

The BioFit "Seven Ways" Bra - perfect to wear under, ummm, a sweater? I have no idea.

Also the Monokini for the bathing beauties who want to stop just short of being totally nekkid.

I really resent it when people post my pictures without asking me.

You are too funny! I love the barking dog in the background.
PS - just so ya know - the swimsuit pictured is just the "right bathing suit" this year! It looks so comfortable & easy to wear - ACK! :-)

Megryansmom said...

You are so cute! Your hair was perfect!

I WAS NOT paid to make the above commentary ;)

that is a weird bathing suit. It is clearly smashing down her right breast in an attempt to stay up & it looks like her left breast would pop out the bottom of the suit if she reached up with that arm,

Don't even get me started on the tan lines.

Hair looks great; you're so funny. I was cracking up that my son came in (he's almost 4) and asked why is that lady wearing her bubeez outside her shirt? LOL! That bathing suit is redonkulous - if you sit down, does the fabric gap?

That was cute! lol. How fun! We have a neighbor like that! Ughhhh. Morons

WhisperingWriter said...

That dog would drive me crazy. We just had people move in next door and they have an overexcited dog.

The monokini looks as though someone tore a huge chunk of the swimsuit out! Yikes. I'll stick to my tankinis that actually cover stuff.

How cute are you?
But wait, what happened to the wicked cool Boston accent? I am disappointed!

Sprite's Keeper said...

That monokini will make for some strange tan lines..

Aw, c'mon, Jenni. Everyone Really Needs a bra that can be worn 7 different ways. Really. Especially us out in the boondocks. I mean I'm sure that all of the centipedes & scorpions will Love seeing me in that bra!

ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha....

(your hair was perfect & your son was adorable!) Oh & thank you for the kind words this morning.

Cameron said...

Um...Jenni? The bra? It goes, um, under your shirt. Easy mistake, it happens.

Heather said...

Awesome video, love the subtitles! And your hair looked beeootiful!

I can't even buy bras at Victoria's Secret. All the pretty ones are too small for me. Boo.

Quirkyloon said...

You are sooooo cute! Great video and very funny!

Loved the hair!

No offense, I won't be mimicking the new trend you are attempting to start.

Just not my style!

heh heh

That was adorable, complete with the barking diggety dog. I'm with you on both the elaborate bra and the monokini, stuff like that isn't made for the average mom. I don't even think it's made for actual swimming, just for interesting catalog photos.

Kristina P. said...

You are so adorable! And what is up with all these new swimsuits that have all the cutouts on the sides? Can they really be called one-piece?

MamaJoss said...

Could this have cracked me up any more this morning? I think not -- before I even hit play over here you have the bra on over your shirt in the still-shot -- hysterical!

Ya know my husband just asked me the other day...."why don't you ever wear all those things I got you from VS?" -- umm hello...two babies later...I could maybe fit them on my left nip...that's about it. Lord help us...and VS please stop sending all that reading material for my husband!!!

My expressions LIVE said...

The bra is a good look, over the shirt could be a new trend. I love that your son was there too...how funny! xoxoxo

Dude! I don't want to even want to wear a bra ONE way, let alone SEVEN -- but when you have "D" cup jugs, what are you gonna do?

Anywho -- I do love their new "perfect" bra. I'd recommend it to all the girls out there.

As for your vlog -- you rocked it. Your dog commentary was HILARIOUS -- it reminded me of when my 21 yo sister was here a couple weeks ago and my neighbors dog was yapping and she yelled "put your damn dog in" out the window. I was kinda mortified and relieved all at the same time. Oh, to be young and carefree again!

And your hair looked very pretty and very aquanet free.

Brandi said...

THanks! I hope to do better on my next 5k!

I love your vlog! I wish I could vlog! I don't have a web cam so I can't...but I thought your video was so cute! I don't need a bra you can wear 7 different ways either...and the monokini is a little too bare for me! LOL I can't believe people actually buy that thing!

Heatherlyn said...

That bathing suit is meant for a 15 year-old girl ... who isn't overweight. Wait, that's who almost all bathing suits are designed for. Or for 80 year-old women. (but not the ones you posted, those aren't for the old women) Where are the in between suits for everyone else?

And I don't like barky dogs. Not even our own. I wish she would run away. Too bad our kids love her.

CaraBee said...

Your hair looks awesome! That dog would drive me bonkers. I might be making it some ambien-laced doggie treats if it kept that up. A sleeping doggie is a quiet doggie.

That bra looks like the kind of thing I would have bought when I was 20 thinking I would wear it all the time and then only use it the one way. And the swimsuit? How could you move in that. My girls would on display in 4.2 seconds.

Savvy Mode SG said...

that bathing suit is very cute. i want one too. hm... just maybe not for swimming.

Ann said...

Nothing but praise Jenni! Great job!

And a big Hell-to-the-NO on the MOnokini. I wonder what a "Mom-o-kini" would look like?

(And... R.I.P. Beautiful! Fabulous! It was fun while it lasted, right?)

Totally_Toni said...

*Giggle* you are so adorable. What about the 100 way bra, that thing looks like something made for space.

I would love to wear a monokini but for some reason they make my flaw areas look bad, so it's still bikini for me LOL.

MamabearMills said...

Youre a twig! I doubt you have any stretch marks!

Courtney said...

Okay, I am hysterically laughing and I think I just woke up LL. you are too funny!

that bathing suit is ridiculous!

Clancy Pants said...

Thanks for the awesome vlog... so great! I loved seeing you in live action, talking, laughing, sitting there with a bra over your shirt! Fabulous!!! :o) Hysterical!

Too, too funny. I loved your vlog! Can't wait to see more!

Awwww! You are so cute on your Vlog - and yep, I agree with you about the whole Monkini. No way in hell am I getting in one of those things!

And as far as the dog barking - I think it adds a bit of down-home character to your Vlog. Heck, you've inspired me - maybe Parenting Pink will have to go live in a bra and t-shirt combo!

Firefly@www.firefly-shop.org said...

:) Love your vlog :) too cute!

Kristen Andrews said...

I actually tried that bra on just to see what it was all about, and I thought it was so uncomfortable and what is up the their new bathing suit? Too funny!

Oh I wanted to ask if you will be at Blogher??

jennster said...

Ali said...

Oh my gosh that was hilarious! And your hair is perfect! It's funny how you lost your concentration when the dog STOPPED barking, heehee!

nikkicrumpet said...

You are so freaking adorable...and that was A HOOT!!! I loved the subtitle commentary. To funny! You are now my new vlog hero.

zelzee said...

Love it!

Actually you could start a new fashion statement wearing your bra outside you clothes.

You never know..............

Jen said...

Oh my goodness! I will so not be wearing that monokini! Especially with this pregnancy belly that starting to stick out already! Could you imagine? Anyways, loved the vlog! You looked fabulous and happy Monday to you, too!

Being flat rocks!!! No bra for me.

BoufMom9 said...

OMGosh! I love you!
This was so great...I esp love the d*mn dog barking in the background and how you went off topic to rant about the dog.
Thanks for the giggles!

PS I have the opposite problem, WAY too much boob and not enough bra to contain me. LOL

Amanda said...

That was funny. I agree. Who needs a bra that goes 7 ways? Maybe it's so they can wear the bra under their Monokini.

Kat said...

Very funny! I agree that bra and bathing suit is just not for me either.

Jen said...

I'm so behind on my blog reading/commenting that I was about to press "Mark all as read" and go on with my day, but I'm so glad that I didn't because I would have missed this gem of a post. Love the captions on the video and your son coming in at the end was priceless.

That Monokini is along the lines of skinny jeans. It needs to go away. NOW!!

MamabearMills said...

did you see ellen yesterday?!!?! i thought of you as soon as the victoria secret model came on stage!!!! hahahahha! they were talking about the monokini! i should send ellen your video! that's hilarious! thanks for stopping by my blog! i feel honored!

Banteringblonde said...

Ok... the monokini is just plain atrocious no matter how young and thing and beautiful and annoying you are. Seriously, blech.
Awesome vlog... you are so fun!

The Stiletto Mom said...

OMG, you are so adorable! Just when I thought you couldn't get any cuter too...great vlog!

Elaine A. said...

I'm speechless, about the V.S. party anyway.

But you are adorable and so is your kiddo.

Do you remember the secretary in the movie Splash? She wore her bra just like that every day. I don't think it ever caught on though...

Auds at Barking Mad said...

Oh hell, I don't need a Monokini, I need a TENT!

And seriously, I think I'm going to wear my bra on the outside today, just to show some solidarity.

OK, well maybe not. When I said that in my head it sounded a lot better and funnier. Like MAYBE I might actually do it. But then I looked at my bra, which somehow resembles the kind of bra you'd see on a camaro or VW more than it does a dainty little feminine thing and thought that maybe wearing it outside of my clothes wouldn't be such a good idea. But hey, it's the thought that counts.

Oh and seriously, with that Monokini you have pictured, can you imagine the funky tan lines? Oh sure, that's HOT. NOT.

The Blue Ridge Gal said...

Yep, just not seeing the point of their Monokini. Just design a moo moo for us, Victoria, okay??

Stumbled upon your blog from someone else's blog. Love the vlog. VS does not represent the moms out there. They are missing a huge market. Maybe they should come up with the MOMikor swimsuit that when worn it shrinks and expands in all the right places.

Mrs4444 said...

Loved your vlog, Jenni! I did expect your son to be wearing a bra, but that's okay. heehee. Curious; did you use Moviemaker?
