Fourth! An Actual Blog Post for you!
I had to call my doctor last Wednesday because I am still coughing and my ribs still REALLY hurt.
Awkward Phone Call:
Jenni to the Doctor: It still really hurts.
Doctor to Jenni: How often is it bothering you?
Jenni to the Doctor: Like, ALL the time.
When I breathe it hurts, and I like, breathe A LOT. Like, all day...
Doctor to Jenni: ...
She managed to garner through my incoherence that I might need a chest x-ray.
While I was changing into the little robe thingy
I noticed a pretty oval mirror on the wall,
and so you know what I HAD to do...

And then afer my x-ray, I will have you know that I thought I left my phone in that room, and I had to go RACING back to find it because out of context, taking pictures of yourself before your chest x-ray is pretty odd and mildly deranged!
Okay. It is pretty odd and mildly deranged IN context...
But it's for my blooooooooooooog so it's okay!
ps. No pneumonia. Fractured rib PROBABLE. Codeine still saving my life.
pps. I did not leave my phone at the hospital. I came home and put it on the table next to my laptop, and then PROMPTLY forget that I had done so. I freaked out and went all the way back there for NOTHING (speaking of mildly deranged).

I am a little sad because BlogHer is like a 20 minute train ride away, and I don't think I will be able to make it! But a lot of really awesome people are going, so naturally, you should go!
First I'd like to say say you look absolutely ravishing in that gown! I would like to go to Blogher, it's about an hour away. I NEED TO SCORE SOME CASH. I would love to room with you. I've been told I snore, I think he lies. I could get you a few other references.
Wish I could manage Blogher this year but it isn't going to happen. Must say that you look so glam in your gown!

I have no plans to go to Blogher. I think it would be fun but no one would have a CLUE about my blog and that would make me feel awkward.
PS - you aren't alone in taking odd hospital gown pictures. Since owning a camera phone I too am guilty of such silliness. :-D Glad I'm not the only crazy one

I want to go to BlogHer & I will certainly need a roommate if I go. But I will also need a plane ticket and Valium (because flying freaks me out). I have no problem getting the Valium but I'm not yet sure I can swing the plane ticket.

I'm thinking about going to BlogHer only because an online friend is begging me to go with her. I hate conferences though! I think I'll go just to meet her and then sleep in all day while she attends all the meetings. :)

SO glad you are doing NaBloPoMo too! Also, I might be going to Blogher! I haven't decided for sure yet though... Hubby and I are trying for another baby! So, if it turns out that I'll be way pregnant by July, then I probably won't be going.
I need some details on BlogHer--I think it will be near me this year(?) and if so I will definitely go and be your buddy!
